Contract

Living in a modern society we encounter contractual situations by the dozens every single day. In most cases we do not give much thought to the consequences and legal ramifications of a failure to perform a contract until the situation arises. It is important for parties to a contract to anticipate and identify problematic issues well in advance and before committing themselves to a contract which either fail to provide a fair remedy for the situation or fail to express the consensus and intention of the parties when they entered into the contract. Our firm specializes in and provides the full range of services in contractual matters and in the negotiation and drafting of contract. Mr. Danny Yu, our principal, has taught contract law, business associations and company law at the Faculty of Law, University of Hong Kong and have extensive experience dealing with commercial disputes both in litigation in Court and also in out of court settlements and negotiations. Mr. Yu is also well-read in psychology and has been awarded the Postgraduate Certificate in Psychology by the University of Hong Kong in 2003. Mr. Yu applies his knowledge and training in psychology in support of his legal knowledge and training to facilitate dispute resolution and when assisting clients in negotiation with other parties.
