Mr. Yu’s notarial acts and certificates are well received and recognized by governmental authorities and courts of law in practically all foreign countries under the Hague Convention.

The drafting of a will is an important matter which should not be left to non-legal practitioners using a standard form or checklist. Our experience dealing with will drafting tells us that it does make a difference to spend time listening to the testator in order to tailor-make a will that suits his or her true intention. After all, the testator will not be around to clarify what he or she actually wants when the will comes into use. For this reason, our Mr. Danny Yu insists on meeting in person with all our clients in will drafting cases to take instruction directly from the testator.

We offer the full range of notarial services to clients both in Hong Kong and abroad. Besides our local clients, some of our clients come to our office from Mainland China or foreign countries to notarize their signature or execution of documents for use in other countries. Although the notarization must take place on Hong Kong soil (or ships or airplanes registered in Hong Kong) there is no limitation on the nationality of the party whose signature or documentation is notarized at our firm.
